By commissioning or owning a design by me you have agreed to these terms and conditions.I have the right to refuse any commission without explanation.
I have the full right to post your commission on my social media.
Payment is required before the commission is started.
I accept payment through Venmo, Cashapp, and Paypal on VERY RARE occasions. Paypal is reserved for international commissioners ONLY!Do not use my art for commercial purposes, like shirts, mugs or stickers. Banners and profile pictures are fine!
Personal items like a single shirt or keychain are fine!
My artwork may NOT be used as an NFT!
Requesting changes must be done on either the sketch or lineart stage [ if small ]. 5+ Changes will become a charge every change.Artwork can require 1-14 days to be finished and in rare occurrences may take up to 3 months to complete!
I have a quick turnaround time! Don't think I rushed your commission!
Reselling characters received in a trade or reselling without commissioned artwork for a higher price is against my TOS!
I work best off visual examples, I will require some photos! Moodboards and color pallets are greatly appreciated!
I send work-in-progress shots at every level of commission, Sketch -> Lineart -> Color -> Shading -> Animation (if applicable]ALWAYS credit me for my designs even if you redesign them. Editing images is fine as long as you credit me and retain the original unedited version on said toyhouse.I can take attributes from rejected designs or ideas, and use them for future adopts
Characters on toyhouse MUST stay on toyhouse! If sold off site please keep the character on site and link to new owner. I like to keep track of my characters!Auctions you may NOT back out without a reason or you WILL be blacklisted. Chargebacks will not be tolerated and will result in being blacklisted.
Refunds are based on the work I have completed, for example, if I have completed up to lineart you may only receive 50% of your refund!
I reserve the right to blacklist anyone for any reason without explanation.
If you would like to color lineart or sketch yourself this will be an extra charge!
Attempting to contact me VIA a friend or family member will not help your case and may warrant a public beware.
If I have blocked you, you are most likely blacklisted!
Sharing bases with friends or family will result in being blacklisted.
I will not participate in "return to the previous owner if unwanted" with my designs!
I am not obligated to compensate people who are scammed by other people selling my designs. I sympathize with those scammed and may compensate on my own terms.
